Bungie we need you , someones messed up our baby
Me, and I thought Reach was bad…
I’ll get on my knees and beg to have them back…
To be honest, I expected Halo to drastically change.
The thing about Bungie is that they like to do their own thing and they NEVER expected Halo to be this successful. That is why the series is so good, they did what they wanted and made Halo into it’s own unique thing.
The problem today is every FPS developer wants to import elements from cod cause it is popular. This is the mindset I have seen from Halo 4’s MM.

Not me. Bungie barely innovated with Reach, they just managed to mess up the few things they did change. Bungie became too set in their ways. I doubt anything half as good as Spartan Ops would’ve arrived if they’d made Halo 4.
Also, remember, Bungie stopped making Halo games because they chose to. They wanted to set out and make something fresh.

Get out of here. Bungie screwed up big time with Reach. Even Halo 3 had its problems. Now if you mean the bungie from 2001 then yes, bring them back.
But it is funny because Many of the same people hated Bungie from Reach, didn’t that one come back around to bite you.
I on the other Hand trust 343 with this game. I have yet to see any new additions that are going to kill the game.

There was no need for 343i to pick it up and ruin it though. Maybe Reach was bad because they gave Halo all they could and were being forced to do one more?

Well all I can say is im honored to have played the Halo Bungie created , the greatest games ever !

Reach already took that spot. 343 is just pushing it farther. If you really think that Bungie wouldn’t have done everything that 343 is doing now then you are crazy.

You are starting to anooy me going on every forum claiming everything is CoD. Bungie was awesome and still is, fact is they -Yoinked!- up at 3 and we know it. From 3 to ODST they started to decline, then came Reach. Halo: Reach is awesome. Maybe not with the multiplayer but everything else it excels in and it’s good Halo 4 is learning from Reach and taking things from it. Halo needs change. IF you are a Halo fan then you would stop bashing others and actually accept Halo is changing. If you don’t want a game to change and have the same repetition over and over, hmmm that sounds like something. I wonder…

They weren’t forced to do Halo 3: ODST or Reach. Yes, it was part of a contract, but they made these titles because they, as a studio, wanted to. Reach was the way it was because that’s the direction Bungie wanted to go, not due to pressure or being forced into something.

Where do you think 343 got the idea of armor abilities for Halo 4? I miss Halo 2, and love Bungie, but Reach was mediocre and only sold because it had Halo in it’s name.
