A die hard Power Ranger fan by the looks of things.
It’s not his fault.
He creates the designs (yes very ugly ones) but it’s whoever allows them to pass is at fault. Further, he could be told to make ugly armour on purpose, to encourage people to pay for REQs to get the “better” ones-I.e the ones from the ‘updates’.
