As I played through Spartan Ops, there was this actor with a deep voice that I remembered. However, I don’t remember his name.
At first I thought it was Dalton or Miller or even T.J. Murphy, but he’s got a different ring to his voice and I am pretty sure he is a completely different actor.
I’m pretty sure Miller said this, but I’m pretty sure that this character said this as well; “I can arrange that, Commander”.
I just can’t remember who this character was, but he could have been an unnamed character. I could be imagining things but I’m pretty sure that he does exist, it’s just I forget which Spartan Ops missions he is in.
So could anyone try and help me out?

That character is Dalton. He co-ordinates the ordnance drops for Crimson, and acts as air traffic control in a sense.
r u sure? I always thought it was Dalton but when I reheard his voice, he sounds so much higher in pitch. i remember so many of the character’s lines said with a deeper voice. did 343i get multiple voice actors for the character or something? am i missing something or what lol right hahaaha

It is either Dalton…or maybe you are thinking of Majestic Team’s DeMarco. He doesn’t talk in too many missions, though. Just a few. 
Its Dalton…and yet, he’s another annoying character to listen to, lol. Its strange that he spoke a lot in SpOps, and he never appeared.
thanks for the replies. i will play through some spartan ops chapters in an attempt to confirm, but i do think that is dalton. i remembered him annoying me with his voice and random dialogue.
i think it would have been super cool if we actually saw Fireteam Majestic or Infinity Command SPARTANS IN-GAME!

Actually, we do see a team of Spartans…which I believe is Majestic, in one of the Chapters on Episode 8. The only thing is that they look like normal Spartan Recruits. If it was Team Majestic, then all I can say is this: facepalm.
Or it could be one of the other Spartan team leaders, such as Shadow, Mountain, Switchback, (after Switch’s female is killed), or Lancer.
@Cizlin: That was fireteam Lancer that you link up with in E8.C3.

If i recall, we fought alongside Fireteams Lancer, Switchback, and Mountain. i don’t remember the chapters though. Been a while since i last played.
