Who do you guys think are the best BTB players and BTB team out on Halo 4?
This is a bit of a vague question, since there could potentially be thousands of great BTB players out there who nobody knows about. There a plenty of formidable players out there that many others would just consider an unknown random.
It’s also hard to say, who is the best. There are many players who are good at certain things better than other.
BTB in this game is pretty dead at high levels, though i’m quite certain the best team is still wake up don’t know if it’s active anymore or what they’re doing but they were consistenly winning tournaments for the previous 2 years.

I know first hand from my friend (who use to play with the old Halo pros) that most of the good players have quit playing. Now days, a lot of k/d freakes are the only players playing this game

yeah it’s always nice to have incentive.
mlg dropped halo, -Yoink!- gaming deal went nowhere, gaff with AGL, btb.net closed down, aclpro dropped halo, NZ scene has pretty much stopped. dunno about EGL, french, canadian or mex scenes and what they’re up to but it’s same to assume their numbers are very small now.
you only get good by playing with better people, if people don’t have a reason to play such as, friends, competition, good MM, variety, ranks, balanced core gameplay, progression etc, or anything else that makes you feel like your attaining something albeit meeting new people, beating players, getting better, a platform for competition, just having different and varied experiences, then whats the point to put in that amount of time in the first place.
longevity, variety, balance and competition were taken out of halo in halo 4 and it shows.
the known stat-whores don’t play anymore, so even the k/d or k/g freaks and social stompers are near non-existant (atleast the good ones), MM just isn’t fun, even goofing around doing random things isn’t do-able to the same extent as what it used to be, H4 just gives you 1 way to play.
