Who is the AI in Halo Legends?

I’ve just watched Halo Legends episode where there is a crashed Frigate and an active AI in it still

Is she rampant? I don’t fully understand when people use the term “Rampant AI” so would this be an example of one

I gathered from watching the episode that frigate has been there a very long time

From what I know through that episode, it was non-canon. So that AI does not really exist in the universe in any way. It was just made for fun. But I did get a hunch that 343 ind was hinting on how AIs become more human over time.
