Who is that next to Palmer?

On the home page the poster for the 15th anniversary of halo features most of Halo’s characters but the lady between Vale and Palmer looks unfamiliar, I don’t know if it’s the scientist from Halo Wars with a UNSC uniform or someone new.

Kinda does but it wouldn’t make sense for 343 to do that

Yeah, I’m sure that it’s Miranda. She’s wearing her signature outfit, she young, she’s a brunette, and all of the characters in the poster are famous so it would make sense. I guess that they did a redesign, but I have no idea as to why they did that since Johnson looks just like he did in Halo 2: Anniversary.
