Thw Waypoint forum header says,“Happy birthday to Sweet Cheeks and Major Teapot!” Who are these people?
lol, i had asked the same thing…yet whoever they are, I wish them a Happy Birthday.
As answered in OT4 by Waypoint mod snickerdoodle, they are Waypoint mods.

They are nicknames for two monitors. Sweet Cheeks is UNSC Warhead and Major Teapot is Das Kalk. As for the origin of these nicknames I have no clue.

I sometimes see it on the home of the forums, and sometimes I don’t.
Strange.
So how about we use this for something good in the future like when the forums receive an update, that banner pops up with a link to the update details, oh, and please let me close it so I don’t see it every time I go to the forum index.

Yes, it can be very annoying seeing the same message over and over without having the option to close it.

That’s weird. I see it now, but I never saw it before. I think the banner should always say “Happy birthday to snickerdoodle!”
