In the new episode at around 1:38 and 2:15 Dr. Halsey is talking to someone on the pad, anybody want to speculate on who it is? Discuss this…

Well she replies to the person who they are and the person says she can’t give her a straight answer. Possibly the Librarian. Makes a lot of sense.

If you look closely, the words first appear on the screen as Covenant characters. Other than that, there aren’t many other clues.

I would hazard a guess at Jul. But I really have no idea, it could be anyone at this point. The covenant characters could only be appearing because another source could be hijacking covenant transmitters… I have no idea…

There’s a lot of potential and interesting theories to be honest. Could be Jul, could be the Librarian, could be Cortana. Could even be the Didact.

My honest guess is the Librarian.
