Are you saying Quinn is ? Because it doesn’t say he is and there is no indication he holds a position like that . Kevin franklin is most likely the multiplayer lead in halo 5 or is someone most people here probably doesn’t know.

Well, anyone got twitter? Could be as easy as asking Quinn directly.

Actually, this brings to mind an interesting fact. We have no idea what people are employed by 343. I mean, we know a couple like Frank and Jessica Shea but that’s about it really.

I hereby suggest that whoever it is, they adopt a mystery persona that the community can dump all their petty frustrations on. We don’t need another Sage-esque witch hunt like we saw in a fashion for Reach.

His Twitter page says he’s Design Director. I don’t know if that’s the same thing or not.
