Since Kazuma Jinnouchi announced he has left 343i and will not be Infinite’s composer, who will? I haven’t done enough research so maybe we already know, but I don’t and would love to find out. I’m really hoping that Martin O’Donnell comes back. He is what made the Halo games complete. He brought in the atmosphere perfectly for each game and each situation. I’m still holding a grudge against Bungo for firing him without cause. So if you know who the composer is please put it below, and if you don’t, take a guess and let’s see if you’re right!
not sure who the composer is gonna be but I doubt it’s marty seeing as how he’s currently working with highwire and I haven’t heard anything about him leaving them.

yea he left like a month or 2 after infinite got revealed as for composer no clue

Marty’s working with Highwire right now so I doubt he’d come back but I really feel like a collaboration with those two could be legendary

I would lose my mind if Marty ever came back to Halo, and it’s not even an unrealistic possibility. As far as H6 goes though, I’m gonna guess the guys who did HW2.
There was a photo posted by Joseph Staten on twitter I think around mid last year, featuring him, Marty and Jen Taylor. It could be just a random photo between former colleagues but I am hoping it is something more.

Am I the only one who loved the Halo 4 soundtrack? I’d be okay with Neil coming back.
I like Tom Salta’s work
There are a ton of super talented video game composers nowadays. I look forward to seeing who they get. I think whoever joins on, they’ll probably be leaning at least a little bit on Marty’s work given the score we heard to Infinite’s engine demo reveal thing.

I am very curious and looking forward to hear their work in the final game.
I had to google for Curtis Schweitzer and as I supposed, he never composed any triple-a games or blockbusters,
he seems to be quite young, I just hope this won’t be a factor with Joel Yarger & Sotaro Tojima looking over his shoulder.

Never heard of Curtis before. I hope he makes a good new soundtrack and surprises me just like Kazuma did when I didn’t know who he was.

That would be perfect but highly doubtful but it will make the best emotional experience from a halo game in terms of music and even more majestic

After listening to Curtis on Spotify and some research he seems good. I just hope he doesn’t get backlash from the other composers for trying to have his music out there because listening to some of his tracks gave me some halo vibes and he has potential to bring in some great music. But people who are young are typically looked down on as “inexperienced” or “unknowing”. Hope that isn’t an issue because I liked his tracks.
