So back in the CE days, every tournament had their own settings. However in 2004-2005 Mlg got popular and it became the primary halo pro citcuit thing. You need to remember that bungie never did -yoink- for the pro community. Unfortunately in 2012 Mlg dropped halo. Ever since halo has been homeless. So in H4 the former pro Gho57ayame started making the gametypes that were played competitively. For those of you who don’t know, he is a 2006 national champ. His Decision-making was questionable, but he was a middle man between the developer and the player. I think that without him we wouldn’t have had the 4-shor Br and the 2-shot beat-down or like the team throwdown playlist. His biggest accomplishment is not the 2006 national championship, but looking good with the backwards cap. But he was then hired by 343i which to my understanding ment that he wasn’t making the gametypes anymore. So now who is. Is it -Yoink!-? Because that would explain a lot of the stupid -yoink- that we now see on the circuit like radar, charge, Ar, flagnum, power weapon timers and icons, quick shield recharge, Etc. Or should I blame Gho57 and Neighbor? Still, I think that the controls over the settings should be returned to the community. And Gho57, if you’re reading this, or if someone like Neighbor or Strong Side or Dersky is. Please respond.
Do I know who is in control of the HCS? No. No I do not.
Well, thanks anyways…
But do you think that Gho57 and Neighbor would release this kind of -yoink-?
