Everything from appointing mods to forum design to the rules.
They are doing a terrible job. I could do it better than any of them.

I just got a thread that barely mentioned Halo 3 moved into the Halo 3 forums where no one goes. Now, no one will see my thread. This is all because of bad forum design and terrible modding and bad rules.

Well the community team over at 343i manages the appointing of moderators, as well as creating the forum rules.

As for the forum design, the Waypoint Web Team created the new design.

Also, if you have a question about a moderator decision, PM a moderator about it, don’t discuss it on the public forums.

I only mentioned halo 3 so people would know what I am talking about. The question has little to do with Halo 3.

If 343 let me put more in the title i would have said, what happens before halo 4 but after halo 3.
