i have always found this aurora cygnus thing very interesting, me and other people recieved am email most likely from aurora cygnus it was subjected ancheron heres the email

Amazingly enough, that post got locked up.
Here is my issue, if it is an ARG by some crazy chance, it is the worst. The symbols for MB and OB are easily found anywhere on the internet. This new Aurora Cygnus?? Has a symbol that doesn’t even look Forerunner, it looks like an egyptian hyroglyph (sp?). In the vide it fades to ACs symbol, and it is a different pallet all together, the others were black and greyish, the AC on has a white background…POOR JOB.
Then there is the way it talks. Firstly a monitor would never abandon their facility. 343GS only did because his was destroyed. I think it was pentient tangent that got taken over by a gravemind? Either way I05 got completely overrun by the Flood, and the monitor never “abandoned facility”.

Thats a quote from Archive 4: I have failed of what was expected of me?? Uh no, that isn’t proper english, which the monitors up until this one have all used. Properly formed it should be “I have failed in doing what was expected of me”. Or even “I have failed in performing my duties”.

I figured out why the transmission didn’t divert, because after finding inlet 505-xrt-AC sent the transmission to 502-xrt…Pretty useless monitor if it can’t redirect a transmission

On top of the fact…again… that the glyph this one uses doesn’t even look forerunner. Look at all the Forerunner glyphs, sharp edges, symmetrical. This one is entirely different, and always has a different color background. And the lines are too thin.
Also this forum we are in is “The Official Halo Site”. Why in the world, if this is the official site, would they start an Iris campaign anywhere else. This should have been the first spot it would start. Or at least the “Monitor” would have an account on this site.

thats what i was thinking too, using cheap unprofessional looking sites etc, i really wanted this to be genuine because i never got involved in iris and ILB so i kinda felt left out, i must say real or fake it kinda got me interested, ive been checking up on it occasionally. It made a new post/archive thingy earlier today.

This would kinda defeat the point of advertising.
I say it’s a fake, also I’m getting a virus warning on that site, so if you are going there take care what you click.
It may just be my uni antivirus being paranoid (and it usually is) but I thought I’d throw that warning out there.
