Who has this Idea?

When Halo reach came out, I went into Forge to see all the New/returning weapons, and vehicles. By doing this, I became used to how they drove, fired, and felt.

I will be doing this in Halo 4, will you?

I don’t see how this thread has been repeated before. I find it to be quite refreshing.

On topic, Yes.
Well, depending on the knowledge that we have of them pre-launch.

I agree.

I did that in 3. I did that in Reach. I will be doing it in 4 too (I will use either a friend or an AFK controller to test the effects of each weapons and view all the assassination animations).

It always surprises me when people say they use campaign to test out the new stuff. Especially if you’re starting out on a higher difficulty, wouldn’t it be smarter to prepare even before the campaign? That way, you won’t be wasting time in the campaign picking up new weapons and AAs to see what they do.

I think I’ll just jump to campaign. In past Halo games campaign has always worked to me as tutorial that tells me everything I need to know before I jump to multiplayer.

i think you actually have to shoot people in order to see how the guns will work so in that case ill be playing multiplayer.

I’ll do this only after campaign if I’m not used to the vehicle or weapon by the time I finish it.

First thing I’m doing is starting the Campaign on Heroic.

Yes, most likely I will experiment with that stuff while I use forge to explore the new maps in Halo 4.

But I like trying them out in campaign.
