Wouldn’t anyone with Achilles armor and 100% armor completion have it (besides the Achilles helmet)? Unless the helmet is locked behind something which I can’t remember. If not, then I would have it.
I have everything, except some emblems.
Not sure which recon I’m using, but it will be close. I looked, it is BDA.

So sad…I love mine! Oh and Mako armor with the Helmet at the moment, but Recon is one of my go to’s. You just reminded me it’s time to change up.

That makes two of us. I can’t say that I like the look of Achilles at all, and have no interest in wearing it.
