I’ve looked for them too and I can’t find them either.
I believe that Fileshare isn’t working properly as of right now. I went to File Browser and searched for ANY custom file, but none came up.

Your correct, however if you have the gamertag of someone who has a custom map in there fileshare you can download it. I have found a few just none of them are very good.
