Obviously 343, but I’m talking employee wise. I’d heard somewhere that the majority of the people working on Halo 4 were people brought over from other games who didn’t have much experience with Halo, and that most of the people working on Halo 5 are apparently hardcore Halo fans who have been involved in the Halo community in the past.
Can anyone confirm any of this? It seems like common sense to have fans of Halo working on Halo. This is just what I’ve heard and of course, I take it with a grain of salt.
In the past few months 343I has been hiring ex-pro Halo players, but for what exactly it’s ambiguous. Otherwise same employees to my knowledge.

343 Industries are working on Halo 5: Guardians - the same team who worked on Halo 4. Obviously they have some new employees, and some old ones have left.

Most, if not all of the pros are in Tester positions. There is one guy who worked with MLG who was hired (he mainly did production for events and stuff for MLG) - you can pretty much guess what he’ll be doing at 343.
If Ghost has ANY say in regards to the design, he will be our saviour.
I’ve heard him talk about Halo and Halo 4 specifically… he knows what he’s talking about.
I hope 343 is utilizing him for more than just testing.
