If you could manipulate gravity with the player trait zone, so you could walk on the side of a mountain or cliff or wall or even the ceiling upside down? Going in and out of the zone would make your character have to turn anywhere from 45-180 degrees to adjust to the gravity. I think it would make interesting custom maps, like one enemy base on the ground and the other completely mirrored on top of them. Going from base to base you would have to use a gravity lift, then see your person fly up and turn 180 degrees to land on the other base. That would be a really cool addition.
I wouldn’t mind it. It would be pretty cool, but annoying on some maps.
It’d be cool.

Good idea, would be a pretty cool option for many types of maps.
Would make cool maps indeed.
Would be cool, but how would other players see you changing gravity? Such as if you go from normal to upside down, it might look weird to other players watching you, or in 3rd person (eg while holding a turret)

your guy would just rotate sideways, regardless of what weapon he is using. i think this idea would be sweet you could make some really drugged up maps
That would be pretty sick.
It would be cool, especially for race tracks. Or space battles.
I didn’t even think about race tracks. it would make those huge loops possible to go through without gav lifts. It would probably be more useful in race maps. now i really want to see this idea come true.
This is how it looked like in the game Prey, was a good idea back then but it could use some tweaks to it.

Looks cool, i could definitely see this used in MM
Time to make a Mario Galaxy Map…
Who else wants modding?

People mod maps all the time. They get spread out to everyone that can’t mod, so I’m not really worried about it.
not sure what exactly we’re getting in forge or the full details about player trait zones, but i think it’s only a taste of what we’re going to get.
