Just recently stopped playing Halo Reach and I just wanted a place where everyone can come and talk about their favorite aspects of the game.
Yes I miss reach so much. I would play it more often, but my 360 broke down recently, and halo reach has some backwards compatibility issues on Xbox One, so the Framerate sucks. It runs at 10-20 frames persecond for me usually. It is quite unplayable. But I really want to get back into some reach Campaign, and firefight.
Yeah, I noticed the same thing with it’s backwards compatibility that ultimately stops me from playing it. It’s cool to know there’s still people who love the game.
I miss the time when I first got the game. If I could turn back time I would do it to experience the game all over again.
I miss the pace of reach’s MP halo 5’s is way too fast

Taken through diverse scenarios and battles👍 (looking at you warden eternal) including space👍
Multiplayer:
Infection on Zealot: does anyone remember the camping on this?
Invasion: Yes 
more of this unique game type. Generally balanced enough, you could play this for hours.
Maps: There was more diversity here than in just about all other halos combined. DLC maps were great and actually worth their money

Firefight:
Difficulty: This could get really really hard but was adjustable to your liking. If it didn’t fit you could make it fit.
Replayability: amazing… from Gruntapocalypse to generator defense we had a lot of options of style

Remember REACH…is my favorite game of the franchise.
While not my favorite, I still had some damn good times with this game. At least they fixed it on the Xbone. 
Why miss it when you can play it?
It would take a long time to write down all the good points about Halo Reach, the music, multiplayer, characters, story, etc.
However, I’d have to say my favourite aspect of the game is the look. The aesthetic design of Halo Reach is on point. The militarised and functional approach to the UNSC and specifically the Spartans 3’s and Jorge compliments the gritty, ‘Band of Brothers’ style campaign perfectly. Which contrasts with the sleek, technologically superior Covenant to great effect.
What a superb game. One of the greats!

Any of you maybe could share thoughts about other games that are close to Reach in character and playing style?

Reach was really good. I did a legendary playthrough earlier this year on my new account. It’s as good as I remember. I haven’t played the multiplayer in a long time. I may give it a try soon. Though I don’t know if I’ll have trouble finding matches or not.
I still miss Reach. so many great memories.
Im worried when the xbox live servers shut down on xbox 360. I don’t want that to ever happen.
Halo: Reach is the best in the Halo series hands down.
I love the look of it. In the later games 343 took a different approach and the games look and feel more complicated. With Halo Reach the look is more simplistic and enjoyable.
Forge world has offered some of the best unique designs. The AI voice in matchmaking and custom games was the best, Jeff Steitzer does a great job. 343 has him now taking a more scripted approach. “Unfriggenbelievable”
I am contemplating biting the bullet to get the Xbox one with Halo 5 and the collection, but I feel I won’t ever get the enjoyment that Reach has offered.

Best game EVER!
I think Halo 2 is the best Halo. But game wise for me Halo Reach is my favourite. I think the campaign/story was perfect and the multiplayer. Well, everything about it was bang on. Sure it had its teething problems now and again but for me the best online experience in an online FPS.
Also, I’ve recently started my solo legendary run! Wish me luck.
ps I do wish they’d bring back the cr system into future Halo’s nothing more satisfying that saving up for the Inclement weather <3
