I dont get the hype tbh.All they have shown off is a tech demo and I’m hearing rpg rumors.Plus halo 5s marketing was very misleading and the campaign was very underwhelming
I’m holding on to my hype until new information Infinite is officially revealed. Even if new information was revealed, I’m gonna set my standards low to prevent myself from getting severely disappointed due to unrealistic expectations.
I got hyped for H4 and H5 (was too young to truly appreciate the hype around the Bungie games, but would likely have been just as hyped for those too). While the lesson learned was to not get too hyped, I can’t help myself 
I’m hyped for sure, but with a sense of caution. I have been burned so many times before.
I’d say more cautiously optimistic.
I rather enjoyed Halo 4’s campaign and the Dominion gamemode, as well as Halo 5’s warzone. Halo 5’s campaign was a big letdown for me though. The usual reasons too, no continuance of Chief’s development from 4, surprise Cortana lives and is evil, Fireteam bore-siris…aside from Buck/Tanaka, they were okay playing off each other, and only three Blue missions.
On the plus side it did deliver the best iteration of the Assault Rifle EVER. It acts like a RIFLE now. Plinking Grunts with headshots and then hosing an Elite that got too close really drives home the jack of all trades vibe.
I like to think that 343 learned from what worked and what did not work but I don’t know…
I don’t get hyped anymore. Games usually just lead to disappointment. I’ll wait until more info has been released before I judge if I’m going to be looking forward to it
I’m really excited about it!
im intrigued I typically don’t get too hyped till gameplay comes but what the engine is capable of looks amazing
I need to see more. As stated by other members, we’ve only seen an engine demo.
Despite how some feel about 4 and 5 (even I think 5 could have been way better if they held back and put more time and consideration into it like they’re doing with Infinite) I am actually still pretty excited for Infinite!
slowly raises hand I am also hyped for Doom Eternal.
I’m not sure how to feel, I’ve been out of the loop for some time now, but I will definitely look at Infinite with great interest.
I believe in with what 343 is doing with Halo Infinite. Very excited for the future.

I’m cautiously optimistic about Halo: Infinite. While 343i have told us promising things, they’ve also told us very worrying things that suggest some form of always-online DRM (something they’ve shown they’re comfortable with doing as all of Halo 5: Guardians’ content, minus Campaign, requires a constant internet connection.)
343i can say or show any number of promising things, but I’m not going to forget the last ten years just because a piece of Halo 3 music and a black undersuit were shown in an engine demo. To assume that 343i are going to fix the Halo franchise now before they’ve even really shown anything is simply irrational.

I love soo much the Halo infinite trailer and the Master Chief armor ooooo yes!
I am very hyped but trying to keep my expectations realistic. I don’t know how many times I’ve watched that engine trailer.
