I’ve been on the phone 8 or 9 times in the last week trying to figure out whats wrong with this server & first all I got was denial that there was any problems then when I had over twenty people in 2 chats tell the operator that these problems were real then the problem became a hot potato. They then told me that they have nothing to do with reach & i needed to contact 343 i asked for a contact number & they told me to google it. So i googled it & ended up back with the same people that told me to google it. So they finally gave me halowaypoint.com & told me to post in the forum’s thus here I am.
If you are talking about the online player statistics they’ve either stopped working due to stat tracking being discontinued. Or they might need to reboot the server.

I may be wrong about this, but I believe that you are confused. If I’m right about this, the player statistics that you mentioned earlier have officially been retired. You may want to read the thread linked below.
