Who do i talk to about my inability to play h3 matchmaking?

i only just updated my account with xbox live on my x itz spoon x account, and i’m unable to play matchmaking. i haven’t played a game on it since 2009… any idea on who i contact to find out why this is happening?

i haven’t recieved a message telling me i’ve been banned, so i dont believe i’m banned. so any suggestions?

I would send a tweet or two to @halowaypoint. I would also try Xbox support if you haven’t already. Good luck to you …wish I could help.

It would help if you elaborate on the problem a bit. Try signing into your account on the dashboard then booting up H3 and just wait to see if a banned message comes up on screen, if not then it’s probably just something small.
