Who do I report XP Glitches to?

I found a glitch on a website that gets past the XP limit and allows you to play Ranked Custom games. I don’t want to post the link because i don’t want it to spread

They also said you can get to level 50 in less than 30 minutes

Here is the correct place. Or you could message an admin or BS Angel, though I dont know how much luck you will have.

I want to know how to report glitches as well. Tried creating threads but they just don’t get any attention.
