Who do I need to contact

To make a serious offer into purchasing halowars.com . Stats, their forums and all?

I make several investments annually and see this as a potential investment, I have recently profited from telecommunication share cash ups . The old site generated enormous traffic and with the possibilities of sequels there is a significant investment potential.

Since way-point are just paying the upkeep and letting it rot why not make a buk and let someone else manage the upkeep bill for the stats and site fees?

Please PM me with an email address for someone to discuss serious financials of the website.

I guess microsoft?

The game servers still run, there would be no way they would sell that domain.

The registered keeper of the domain will be easy to find and free to public view like all websites.

Why would MS sell this, just like you say, there could be a sequel, in which case ms would want to buy-back halowars.com and you, looking to make money, would use that as an opportunity to make the price hike.

You have no business need for the domain name, you need to look up on domain name allocation rights. even if you bought the domain name, and MS offered you $10 for it back, they would take you to court and win because they own the trademark and name halo wars, you are not entitled to it just by owning a domain name.

Be careful, domain names are not investments.

Would you re-institute the forums and allow avatars?

Halo Wars as an investment? 4-5k players usually on? Sounds like a bad investment.
