apparently its an amped up pistol that’s silenced, does more damage and has a larger mag. But i cant confirm it.
3 round burst pistol with a silencer. Larger magazine and increases your run speed when equipped. REQ level 5 ultra rare power weapon.

I got the certification for this today in a gold pack. It does make you run faster when equipped and is a pretty awesome weapon. Short quiet bursts.
