I have absolutely no idea.

Every automatic weapon has bloom in the game which makes total sense and I’m fine with that. I’m not happy the Magnum has bloom considering it’s weak enough as it is, the DMR’s bloom is negligible except at extreme range and I’m fine with that, and the Sniper’s bloom is just visual. (I have no idea why it there at all)

Guns that have bloom in Halo 4

DMR (though this only tells you when you can fire your next shot rather than muck up your accuracy and slow the game down).
Magnum (has massive bloom if you fire too fast)

Storm Rifle (like all the automatics in the game, including the ones below, the Storm Rifle has bloom when you hold down the trigger, which increases spread and makes it a pain to hit targets at longer ranges).
