I’m trying to figure out how far away I am from 100% completion for unlockables obtained from gold REQ packs. I’ve just counted all my unlockables and I still need 125 emblems and 182 of everything else (307 total). I am level 106. I’m currently out of silver again and back into gold for the time being. I’m trying to subtract the number of items that don’t come from gold REQ packs from the total items I need to unlock, just to find out exactly how many gold packs I need to have everything obtainable from gold REQ packs.
I know I get certain emblems from leveling up, but what else?
You can’t unlock the Pro Team skins, the HCS skins, the Athlon Champion armor, the other HCS themed armor(forgot its name), those 343 skins, the Pro Team emblems, and I think thats it. Might’ve missed a few cosmetics

You missed Achilles
Basically, most of the armors are unlockable minus Champion armor and Achilles.
Weapon skins, a HUGE chunk of them are exclusive.
Emblems, a lot are exclusive as well but I heard that quite a few of the exclusive emblems have finally been added into the rotation. But if you are almost done with REQ’s, then I assume your pretty far into your commendations.
Generally, everything that’s Ultra Rare, Legendary and Mythic are the only things that you can get from gold packs with the exception of the special items listed in the previous posts.
There are also lots of Ultra Rare and Legendary emblems that are tied to HCS skins, Arena seasons, ranking up, and playing the beta. The commendation ones are usually associated with the Rare emblems, and I think you also get special emblems for buying things like Mega Blocks and maybe something else (can’t remember).
