I really like how unique Halo 3: ODST was despite the limitations Bungie had to work with, so that game for sure.
Besides, Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 4 are similar enough to Halo: Reach that ODST would be a much better choice.

6 is definitely not coming back. He/she died like a badass. I think it would be tarnishing 6’s legacy by bringing him/her back

It wouldn’t be right. It’d be like rewriting the ending to Halo Reach which is NOT okay
I’d like to see an ODST noir type sequel
ODST is suitable for a sequel, probably in HW2’s events since that’s the only events where ODSTs are still a thing.
Second Reach tho, impossible, unless you want to see a glassed planet with nothing interesting. LIke, Reach’s ending clarifies it’s impossible to have a sequel. The planet’s glassed, and glassing is like radiation… oh wait, glassing is radiation… but in which case, it doesn’t just go away. You need to terraform the glassed areas to make them suitable for living beings again, and that’s a process that that takes years.

Second ODST but maybe with more current and different characters.

Because Reach was an amazing game. But it’s ending clearly clarifies that there’s no room for a sequel… unless you want a plant-growing simulator.
