I’ve been trying to find a time where Team Swat or Team Snipers have an actual game running but I have been unable to find one and it always says population 0.
What is the best time for this?
Could you give a timezone with the answer as I am GMT and if you say 7pm it isn’t too helpful 
Is it possibly also on certain days etc?

Start using UTC, it’s easier for everyone. Know your UTC time number and subtract or plus the numbers. It’s 3-4 AM for me and I live in +1 UTC.
