Hey

Sidekick is good.

Manglers the only one I don’t care for. The rest are fine.

Commando is the worst. Manglers has grown on me but I would still rather play BRs.

Sidekick is pretty awful for me. It seems that headshots don’t hit (in general), or I just can’t spam fast enough. Commando is probably the funnest. Manglers is a game of strategy. Stalker Rifles is either the best thing since sliced bread or an invention by Satan himself.

Easily Mangler. It’s the only one that I groan when I see it come up. I’m fine with the rest of them.

I’ll take Mangler or Sidekick over Commando.

Manglers is really the only one that breaks the purpose of gameplay, commando and sidekick are fine

Better than ShWATguns

Commando is good. Way more skill than using the BR. If you try and get cheeky by full autoing it and not hit the head immediately, you open yourself up to get counter headshot.

Commando is just like the DMR. If you are being bothered by the recoil you’ve missed the head shot and lost the fight.

Manglers is a lot of fun. Kind of close to mid-quarters Tactical Slayer. I like that it plays very differently.

Similarly the Sidekick. You can take chances and run routes that would normally get you killed with the BR. Changes the game up just enough to be different.

I like them all.

Yeah I’ve grown to appreciate it more than BR SWAT where the first to be seen dies basically.

If I wanted to one tap people with a pistol I would play infection, you beat me to the punch, they’re all junk gametypes that hinder the fun of the playlist.

At gunpoint my answer would be a mangler. A slow rof, short distance projectile weapon? It feels like if the plasma pistol was headshot capable, horrid.

The Infinite PP is indeed headshot capable, and the charged shot actually homes into the head.

They definitely need to go in the trash can. I’m open to playing sidekick swat though. The old games had swatnums, so it is kind of the evolution of that gamemode. But the old games lowered the priority of swatnums in matchmaking, so that 9 times out of 10 you would get regular swat. No idea why 343 can’t do that here, and let us play swat when we choose the swat playlist. It would be fine if the wacky modes had super low priority so that they mixed things up every once in a while, but right now the swat playlist is a disaster.

Honestly I forgot that, my general point still stands that that and the mauler aren’t good for swat.

Nay, older Halo pistols do not fire that fast, and even the fastest firing Pistol was the Halo 2 Magnum but it dealt really poor damage.

Infinite SKs are literally automatics if you fire fast enough, combined with a fast reload speed, it’s a no-low skill weapon, being able to quick fire and kill through body shots even.

Here’s my issue with Commando. The very first game I played of it I looked at a guy, had his head filling the reticle and watched the first bullet I fired 10 seconds into the game fly right past his head outside of my reticle entirely. The accuracy of the Commando is so unreliable that it’s the only one I never want to play.

Mangler is actually my favorite. I feel like a Doisaci Desperado, carefully placing my wheelgun’s heavy, burdened-by-power shots across the map to soar into the titanium-A battle stetsons of my foes.

Western whistle motif

It’s high noon somewhere in The Domain.

I don’t like sidekick, the others are fun

Plus, your hating is cringe AF

I went from liking the Sidekick and hating the Mangler to hating the Sidekick and loving the Mangler in SWAT.

Not fond of the Commando either.

Leading shots and accounting for bullet drop with the Mangler, that’s a challenge, and I find it fun.
