To start off with, I don’t particularly have any major gripe with the magnum overall. It’s current place in ZB bugs me though, and I don’t quite know why.
Fix List (What’s your fav fix?):
2. Reduce damage to 5sk
3. Remove 2x scope
4. Have it as weapon pickup only in ZB
5. Keep 100% bloom as 4sk
6. Other (Name it!)
It might need a DMG decrease… but IMO it’s not neccessary. Even with 85% Bloom to me the Magnum is still pretty useless and spreads too quickly by spamming the trigger… still. And even pacing your shots, DMR/NR > Magnum all day.
ZB it’s THE KING of everything! It’s better then the DMR 1v1, everyfrikkintime! No matter what! Because it is a 4SK in ZB, and DOESN’T have a RoF cap like the DMR has! (It should inherite this same cap)
They need to do something to it for Vanilla Reach like they are for Anniversary’s playlists! And that’s add specific mods to THAT SPECIFIC weapon to do things outside of the sandbox!
I know you guys have 85% on ONLY the DMR, Needle Rifle, and Magnum. *How about 60-65% for the Magnum specifically??
As such the Needle Rifle might need it’s own specific Bloom as well. For with 85B you can just hold the Trigger down and still hit on target, everytime. The reticle never expands out of the circle.
But if you spam still it will go crazy
