Which new controller do you prefer?

So, while I’m surprised this hasnt popped up yet as a thread, which new controller design do you guys prefer, or plan on buying?
First we have Locke’s silver colored, almost futuristic looking controller with blue details…
Or the more rustic Olive green controller sporting Chief’s Mk. VI theme with gold details…

I may sound dumb, but do those hexagonal patterns really reflect blue light? They said there was a foil on them, but the blue reflections could have just been for show.

The video says that if it hits the light right it will reflect it like that. With how all products seem though it might not be as much of a wow as you think it would be.

If the Elite controller was like…half the price or even $100, I’d buy it. But $150 is too big a pill to swallow for a controller.

I know $150 it’s way to much for what i can expend for a controller i need to save and maybe when the prices low a little

I’m leaning more toward the master chief controller. But I would say both if I could afford both of them lol

Probably Locke Controller.
It looks great, but I kinda wanna get the Master Chief controller just because it’s something that isn’t included (and already had by everyone) with the LE console…

I’m getting both but AL prefer the master chief controller, since the agents locke’locke’s controller already comes with the console

They look -Yoink!- but the gold on John’s controller wins it. That D-pad mixes nicely with that green.

I like the more subdued blue and silver. Not as much color contrast.

When I first saw the chief controller today, I immediately went looking to order it… only to be met with disappointment.
I can’t order one because I’m in Australia! And I don’t think that’s very fair at all!

I prefer Locke’s controller I think silver and blue go much better together, not a fan of the green and gold looks a bit garish if you ask me.

I pre-ordered the Master Chief controller this morning.
I much prefer it to Locke’s. I personally cannot wait to get it. I typically get major Halo games’ contollers (I have 2 from the Xbox 360 era).

Can’t go wrong with pure gold on green. That’s definitely the Chief, and I think it pops more than Locke’s controller. The golden triggers set it off and made it a no contest imo lol

Edit: I think the gold should be lighter, might like Locke’s better actually, as it’s easier on the eyes.

i would prefer chiefs but i pre-ordered the xbox elite controller already!

I like chiefs, really like the green and gold. Also Chief’s braille number on the back of the controller just makes it feel right.
