I suppose I should make a separate poll for the redesigned/returning armors such as Helljumper, but I thought I’d do this one first.
I accidentally made two versions of this poll that were incomplete because I’d hit the enter key thinking my cursor would just move down to the next poll option, but instead it would finalize it and make the post. So this is the real one, mods. Rest assured.
Copperhead, Helioskrill, Centurion, and Argus
Top of my list is Athlon, Hunter, and Copperhead(no order), with Helioskrill being at the bottom. I just plain hate that armor straight up.
I would put a Mk VI varient like Centurion or Argus, but they are too similar to Mk VI for me to call them “new”. Also, why is Hermes not up there, it’s also a new armor set, same with Helljumper? Just because they look similar to older armor sets does not make them “old”.
Out of those I would say hunter I don’t particularly like any of the rest.

Hermes is a redesign of Halo 4’s EVA. And Helljumper is a redesign of ODST. So I thought those might go best in a separate poll about the redesigned/returning armors.

Centurion.
Breaker is really ugly…
Of those, Fred’s Centurion is my favorite.
Though, I guess not entirely a coincidence, my favorite helmets revealed so far are the throwbacks: Chief’s helmet, Helljumper’s, and the new Commando/Noble helmet.
Tanaka’s armor is still my absolute favorite out of the bunch and so is the helmet. I look forward to wearing it in Halo 5.
It reminds me of a sleeker Mark V**.**
I like Centurion (honestly because it most resembles Master Chiefs) and then my second place is the Technician! It looks great with all the little details.
none of them looks great, Centurion looks the least -Yoink- though…
I wish 343 would go back to the traditional armor-style
I like Athlon the most out of that list, I don’t particularly hate any of these sets though. I do think Halo 4 had the worst designs in any Halo ever, and i’m glad most of those sets won’t be returning (I hope!)
Centurion and Argus are the best in my opinion. The rest look/are hideous.
Copperhead and Centurion, I don’t like the other ones at all to be honest.
In order… Helioskrill(I like the style that they went after), Copperhead, Centurion, Argus, Technician, Hunter, Athlon and then Breaker(sorry. the helmet is just gross)
