I played empire ctf yesterday and they had altered the map. Closed off Windows. SMGs switched with DMRS. Plasma caster switched with rockets. OS switched with shotgun. And OS behind the wall in the tower. Does anyone else know any other maps that have been changed?
Apparently they messed up colesium. Have binary rifles in caves now. No sniper. And where dmr was there are bolt shots
I noticed a few changes on Torque. A few changes to the shield/wall panels near the bases, and sniper rifles added too. I only played on it once, so I don’t know what’s been placed at top-mid, and I didn’t bother to look for the hammers.
CTF on Empire threw me at first - I was trying to find the window that I usually leap out of, and found myself turning around several times before I realized what they had done. Later I played Assault on Empire, and the window in the base was open, so I think they only changed it for CTF.

Yea I went to jump out the window and I had a wtf moment haha. Slayer is the regular empire as well.

Thats hella dumb tho… I saw some people saying there should be more Promethean weapons since its a Promethean map and I guess they agreed…
Torque:
Snipers added to both sides.
Assault goals moved to those upper platforms in front of the pistons
Middle piston removed, you can now drop down and bottom mid is a huge open space
(Greatly improved the map)
Empire
Shotgun moved to OS’ old spawn
OS now in Tower 2
Plasma pistol in tower 1
Plasma caster now SPNKR
Front windows blocked off for CTF to keep the game going longer
SMGs replace DMRs in the bases
No BRs (from what I’ve heard)
(Improved map)
The Rig
Basement stronghold location has been moved (don’t know where though)
Coliseum
Binary rifles added to both sides of the map in the caves
Sniper removed
Boltshots replaced DMRs
(ruined the map greatly)
Changes are not final and do not affect HSC (outside Rig changes)
