The Storm rifle is definitely the worst weapon in the game. It doesn’t even deserve to be called a weapon.
The DMR. Even with its high magnetism, I still cant aim it. (Yes I suck.)

A weapon may be bad alone but combined with other weapons, it can become quite usefull. There is much more into play as to decide whether a weapon is good or not, than just pure statistics. As for example your ingame situation or map size.
If you were given the boltshot on a big map, no one would be able to use it effectively. If you were given it on a small map, it would have been easier.
If you combine the DMR and the Boltshot you have a better combination than for example using both the Storm Rifle and Assault Rifle.
Nevertheless, I prefer all weapons over the Plasma Pistol. About every weapon works better than the Plasma Pistol at killing, and it’s intented purpose.
Concussion Rifle.What a bloody joke in PvP and even PvE lmao.
Pulse grenade, unless somebody’s shield is down you won’t get a kill.
They can deliver some shield damage but so can the frag grenade.
Honestly, I’d have to say Frags. They just feel way too weak in this game. There’s not any point in using them really when you can have Stickies. Even the Pulse Grenade is better if you know how to use it.
Frag Grenades and Sticky Detonator.
Frags - seem weaker than the ones from prev. titles.
Sticky Detonator - some players may like it, but honestly, I rather take the Grenade Launcher over this weapon.
Probably pulse grenades or concussion rifle. Both are useful in very limited situations and both are pretty hard to use in those situations.

You’re probably shooting the weapon untill the opponent explodes. It only takes a one second burst to kill.
PACE YOUR SHOTS
Gravity Hammer, totally useless outside of Grifball. It’s outclassed by every other CQC power weapon.
