Which is the best “gold” visor?

Well I have been playing Halo 5 Guardians and using the 3 Mark Armors variants but each visit that looks like gold really changes between them and armors too. For example I’m using the King Vidor for Mark IV Gen 1 Armor and it looks really great, almost like Jerome-092. But for me it looks not so correct with the Mark VI.

Well these are the Gold visor I found:

  • Envy (Common) - Vandal (Common) - King (Uncommon) - Autumn (Rare) - Dynasty (Rare) - Saturnine (Ultrarare) - Daybreak (Legendary) - Legendary (Legendary)My question is, which looks more Gold? Because for example the Legendary, Saturnine and Autumn are more a Dark gold; the King, Envy, Daybreak are more a shiny gold.

Also for those who have played before other Halo Game, which Visor match best with each Mark? For example I found great the King for the Mark IV Gen 1 as I explained before. Make me know.

To me, and according to the visor’s name & description as well, the Dynasty Visor seems to be the heir apparent to the OG Master Chief Visor color.

Saturnine is the standard from what I’ve seen from what clans wear for their SIIs. I’ve seen Autumn used before as well, but never Legendary or the more yellow ones.

Saturnine is very close to the default visor in Halo 2 / 3.

For some reason I find it matched perfectly with the Mark IV Gen 1, with Jerome’s armor. What do you think?

Yes! For a time I used it a lot with Gen 1 armors like the ones from Halo Reach, because the Gold there is more dark. For Halo CE, Halo 2 and Halo 3 is also great. But there is something that doesn’t looks of Gold but I don’t know what it is.

I looked at a couple Google images of Spartan Jerome (because I have not completed Halo Wars yet) and I definitely agree with you. There’s an image where he is standing in a bright location, which makes his visor look bright and yellow.

I’m really glad you think the same, I’m not crazy after all haha. And it looks really similar. Now for the Mark V which would you think is similar ?

I’m not to sure about that. I don’t have all of the visors, so I’m missing some gold visors, and I really don’t feel like looking up every gold visor.

Just grind out all those Silver Req packs so you can move onto Golds, and you’ll have that visor in no time at all so you can properly judge for yourself. Good luck!
