2 is so cliche and fanboi
i honestly liked the H4 BR
i liked the square scope, the sound, the look, just everything about it felt awesome
H4 except the horrendous sound !
Hmm interesting. I never thought the H4 br would be so favoured.
I personally prefer the H2 and H5 BR’s. I’d have to pick the original H2 BR for me. It just felt so right.
It’s a tie between Halo 2 and Halo 4 for me.
H2 BR had an awesome sound.
H4 BR had higher rate of fire and was SOOOOO easy to use.
Definately liked H2 BR the best until now, I think I’m favoring the H5 BR just a tad.
If you voted for the Halo 3 BR, you clearly don’t realize how bad the hit detection was with that thing.
Halo 2 BR because that was still when bullets went where you aimed. H3 had spread that was laughable, and I’m sure people remember the complaints on the Bungie forums about the terrible spread, people losing kills even with aiming directly at them.
It was so bad that the best way to kill someone wasn’t aim for the head, but aim for the body for 3 shots and 1 for the head.
I love all the Halo 2 BR button glitches, easy choice, also you should have stuck in Halo 2 Anniversary.
Halo 5 is the best BR because it’s so easy to use, But I think the Halo 3 one was my favourite. You had to lead targets because the bullets traveled so slowly. This was a really strange mechanic and I always felt it separated the best players from the good players. I thought the same about bloom though and everyone flips their lid whenever I let that opinion out the bag.
The fact that Halo 3 br has that much of the vote just proves that way to many people don’t deserve to have opinions.

Finally someone with the same opinion as me!
The Halo 3 one was the most balanced. I know people like to complain about the random spread but that limited its effectiveness at range, something that every other iteration of the weapon has failed to do.
The patched halo 2 BR is still the best.
No random spread, needed to get headshots to be effective on the 4th burst. It was the perfect battle rifle.
On the MCC it seems like it shoots so fast but that’s due to the 60FPS, which honestly, is a detriment to halo 2.
