Which "Halo 4" gametypes are returning?

I’m just curious which gametypes that were introduced in Halo 4 are coming back to Halo 5, and which would you like to see?
Pretty sure gametypes with ordinance evolved into warzone, but stuff like regicide and extraction???

Dominion turned into Warzone.

I hope they don’t bring back flood and bring back classic infection. Flood was just a terrible replacement.

Well, I don’t think it was a TERRIBLE replacement but I prefer infection over flood.

Extraction would be nice. And ‘Classic’ Dominion would be great for standard BTB.

Extraction and Ricochet can return, but I would rather regicide die in a fire.

This, bring Dominion back as well. I don’t want to see Regicide ever again though.

Though this is not related to Halo 4, I really do miss Invasion from Halo: Reach. I thought it was a decently executed gametype that should have been expanded in the scope of the franchise. Even though Elites are not playable anymore 343i could still do something around the concept of the gametype relating to a competitive sense between Spartan teams. That’s just my opinion. :stuck_out_tongue:

The only one I KNOW that is returning that I can think of is Shotty Snipers. But I hope that Grifball, Ricochet, and Fiesta (Action Sack) will also return

If extraction and ricochet returned I would be happy. On another note, I hope assault returns as well.

I hope fiesta returns. It’s probably my favourite gametype from Halo 4.

It’s probably my favorite gametype of all time.

Am I in the minority that loves Regicide? Had some fun gamenights with friends playing Regicide

Classic infection was too easy for survivors and way too difficult for the infected. Flood balanced things out and brought fun to both sides.
