@HaloWaypoint confirmed to me that it is only in the Firefight playlist, not Doubles, Anniversary or Score Attack.

We had someone quit on us, but we three were doing pretty well, with about 3 minutes for the last wave… and then I went “Why are so many of them INVIS? OH NO!!!” Did not make the Bonus round.

Got Reclaimer & a 28,800 slot machine though, so I was pretty happy.
