As we all know, Microsoft gave the rights to 343 Industries to develop a new Halo trilogy, because Bungie’s contract was up and they didn’t want to make Halo anymore. Now, we all unanimously agree that 343i has created a flawless game that has made everyone extremely happy. BUT, if it weren’t for 343i, what company would you have preferred made Halo 4? At one point Nintendo almost made a Halo game! My vote goes to Bethesda. Maybe 343i will let a different company make Halo 5. Choose wisely!
Nintendo? Over my dead body.

No, we all know that Microsoft gave the job to 343 because Bungie’s contract was up and they didn’t want to make Halo anymore.
343 is the best choice, since they were created solely for the purpose of Halo.
None of the above.
Pandemic Studios imo.
Halo Battlefront anyone?
RIP

All but me I suppose. I’ll fix that.
All I can do is shake my head in disappointment at this poll.
I’d say Bungie.
Because probably no Halo 4, and more likely of new characters and new goin’s on.

Where’s the “like” button… ah. Thanked!

I was thinking since 343 are going towards more of the book oriented route its possible that we will meet other spartan 2’s and maybe even that guy who taught cheif if hes still alive. So far in the character department we have lasky, palmer mayb eone of the spartan 4’s mostly the one saveing glassman. I wonder where they will go with this.
Since were bringing publishers, 343i coupled with E.A.
/sarcasm
Seriously publishers(Microsoft) should not be in the list.
Nintendo never almost made a Halo game. They almost published one once, but that’s not the same as developing one.

Good point, I don’t know if I can edit that out now…
> Nintendo never almost made a Halo game. They almost published one once, but that’s not the same as developing one.
Did Bungie develop it? I heard Nintendo was developing it as well. Sorry about including publishers.
Nobody. Halo should have ended after Reach, but greedy Microsoft couldn’t live without the money. Honestly, the more I think about the abomination that Halo has become, and what Gears of War and Fable are becoming, the more I wished that Microsoft created an entirely new IP and just left these old ones alone.

That’s a problem. The books and extra stuff was always supplemental.
Now? It’s not. I don’t know where the Storm came from, it’s never addressed. MC had his suit changed in cryo? How? He’s frozen and there’s nothing to alter it with.
Apparently there’s a Elite civil war going on, which is why the Storm is made. Apparently at some point a spartan somewhere had a armor that had nanomachines or something that could change armor over time, but fffff- don’t even know if it could be that.
Also; If there’s a civil war, then why are Grunts and Jackals and Hunters there with them? Aren’t they free from their forced servitude from Elites now? With that whole Covenant civil war thing and such?

All of that is explained in the Kilo-Five trilogy, and they’re not called the Storm. That was a mislabling by some game article.
Nintendo makes amazing games on their own console. Their outer space adventures are quite innovative and fun, like Super Mario Galaxy, not taking anything from Halo, yet establishing a classic space adventure. Bethesda does single player best, never seen such an addictive single player other than Skyrim. Bungie spawned THE greatest Xbox exclusive and best sci-fi shooter to date, but they couldn’t keep that kind of flame going forever. For them, it was like stepping into a pair of shoes for the first time. They’re comfy, and you begin to grow into them. 10 years later, you try to fit into the same pair of shoes. Your feet have grown, and it doesn’t feel comfy at all any more. You make changes to it, but everyone thinks it’s time to move on. At least, that should’ve been the community’s outlook on Halo:Reach. 343i is clumsy, they step into these shoes, and slightly stumble, as they’ve already been worn. They’ll have to do. They have to adjust and they will. 343i is the next greatest company to develop Halo.
Bungie gave the rights to microsoft. Microsoft then formed a team to take care of halo, and that team is now called 343. Honestly, no other company than 343 (or even Bungie) should make halo. We can’t really judge 343’s capabilities after one game (which is after all, their first game as a team). So far, it isn’t that bad, and I’m sure they’ll churn out something of much better quality next time.
lol i voted for Nintendo because i thought it would look funny…
If i could take my vote back, i would pick 343. They did an amazing job.
343<3
I think 343 did a pretty good job considering it was the first game they made from scratch. There are some problems, but they’re working on fixing them.
All I can say is if you think 343 is bad, imagine what Halo would be if it were a Nintendo game! (I do like Nintendo games, but Halo would be awful!)
