Also, what do you think the best combinations are?
Seeker Intrepid is the best obviously
I like wearing the Mark V Delta with Wrath body. Main colour sage, secondary colour black. Standard golden visor.
I also wear Security helmet with Indomitable body, which is pretty close to the Spartan model I wore for years in Reach.
I like the Mark V Delta, CQB, and EOD.
Right now I’m wearing the Military Police Helmet with the Saturnine VISR and Air Assault body.
ODST.
Recon and MP probably my favs from what we have.
I’ve grown fond of CQB but I don’t use it
I love the Mark V Delta with the Intruder armor. I love the Reach vibe it has c:
i’m using gen 1 security because it makes me look like an alien
Until they fix the lights on the right side of the Mark V Delta helmet, I consider pilot to best of the bunch.
Security Gen 1 is easily the best. Using it with Wrath, Mark IV Gen1 or Marauder Keres is where it’s at
Mark V Delta with the Mark V Alpha body for those classic Master Chief vibes. I also quite like Recon Gen 1 with the Mark VI or Vigilant armour.
Delta with vigilant armor, security gen 1 with wrath armor, EOD with security armor, and I also like the recon gen 1 helmet.
I don’t mean for this to come across as a complaint, because I don’t dislike it, but how come Operator came with the Classic Helmet pack? I was never that fond of it, and very rarely saw players past Warrant Officer wear it.
Ah, as typing this I looked it up and saw that besides Operator, only CQC and Hazop aren’t in Halo 5. Fair enough then, I suppose it would have to be one of of the three less-than-interesting helmets.
But why not Halo 3 Rogue? ;(

JFO’s missing as well. ODST, GUNGNIR, Mark VI, and Mark V are missing Reach-style versions. Helljumper’s close, but not the same. Reach’s GUNGNIR looks quite different than 4/5’s (although I would never wear either). I was fine with H4/5’s Mark VI until I saw it side-by-side with 3’s (would prefer it over Reach’s). I could do without Reach’s Mark V (plus we have 3’s anyway).
EDIT: Forgot Mark V(B).

Bloody hell, how could I forget GUNGNIR! That was my jam! I neglected the others you mentioned as the versions we see are close enough to represent them, in my opinion.
Thats a tough one due to the limited customization. But I would say EOD and Mark IV Gen 1 look pretty nice if you want to go Episode III Clone troopers. Mark V Delta and Mark V Alpha looks amazing together and is the closest to making Halo CE armor. This is what I thought was good as I havent tried testing out the other helmets that much.

Some also go well with Soldier
