I’d like to hang out with Dr. Halsey. We’d talk about science, the morality of her work, and her outlook on humanity’s future. Oh, and about how ONI tasked Agent Traviss with assassinating her character.
My big one would be Master Chief and Cortana (together). That pair is like me with a lot of my friends. They’re very tight-knit, but communication is kind of a tension for them. Their bond is most unspoken. And it’s not shared externally. I’m very much like that with a lot of my friends. I would enjoy how wordless John-117 is. I would be grateful for Cortana’s role as a buffer between myself and those I must communicate with.
Thel 'Vadam would be cool to hang out with, too. I really admire the moral fabric of his character and how, throughout the Halo series, he continues to lead by action, rather than just by speech. I would work for the guy.

The Didact, Thel 'Vadam and Rtas Vadum, because they’re my top 3 favourite characters, I love them so much.
Thel and Rtas could teach me how to use an energy sword, we’d become best brothers. I’d be a good sister to them. The Didact, well…I wanna enjoy a nice long walk on the beach holding hands. I have such a weird thing for him going on right now.

Most people might find the whole being driven insane thing a little off-putting. Just a guess.
As for me? Catalog. I would take him to a little tool shed and go all Sad Satan on him for what he did to Ash, Olivia and Mark. Oh, and I’d probably ask a lot of questions too. Preferably before the part with the tool shed.
