The answer seems obvious, but mainly I’m asking because, in Arena, there is a third announcer(that isn’t Jeff Steitzer’s classic voice or Sarah Palmer) that announces objective stuff. You know, “Rockets are on the field!” and “Take out their flag carrier!” whatever voice that is. Does Voices of War replace those announcements too, or just Palmer’s Warzone/Warzone Firefight announcements and Steitzer’s “Double kill”/etc?

I’d assume all of them, as 343 knows we won’t pay $10 for new voices unless all the old voices are changed.
From the description, it sounds like we can choose who voices what for each game mode. So realistically we could have a different voice for each game mode like:
Palmer- Warzone
Buck - WZFF
Grunt - WZA
Jeff - Arena
That voice you hear is your Spartan’s voice describing updates to the map/game. Jeff’s announcements pertain to what kinds of kills you get. I’m not sure if the Spartan callouts count as “announcements”.

I was told it was Spartan Miller from Spartan Ops, but maybe whoever told me was wrong. Anyway, I was just curious about what counts as ‘announcements’, because as we all know, Jeff used to announce both callouts for objectives and medals.

I thought it was Miller too. I actually liked the guy and wondered what happened to him. But it definitely isn’t an internal voice or else the voice would become female if you changed your gender.
I hope you’re able to choose across all modes and they don’t have say, Bucke is Arena, Witness is for Warzone or something like that.
As long as there’s an option to replace everybody but Jeff, then I’d be happy.
