Go to the Waypoint website (if on PC, click the Waypoint logo at top left of screen).
Log in to the website (it’s a separate login from the forums)
Click your Gamer Pic and select Service Record from the menu.
What’s there is all you get at the moment.

I see. I am on mobile, and I’ve tried using the desktop site as well… However their seems to be no service record option for me :c

Menu should drop when you click the Gamer pic that appears top right of screen once you’re logged in.
Seems to be the same when viewing the site on a browser on a phone. Menu drops when tapping the gamer pic.
I don’t have the app so can’t check that.

That’s fine, I’m not on the app. When I click my profile image I get Notifications, Bookmarks, Messages, and the User Tab. However the User Tab only consists of Summery, Activity, Drafts, and Logout. There no Service Record.
Ive also made a clan before, and I can’t find my clan options as it’s leader. Just seems like a lot of stuff is missing or this site has things tucked away

That menu seems to be the one here on the forum. The URL would be displaying as ‘forums.halowaypoint.com’
On desktop, there’s a Halo Waypoint logo at top left of screen - clicking that should take you to the Waypoint website. The URL should then be displaying as ‘halowaypoint.com’. That’s where you need to log in
On a browser on the phone, top left should be a menu (three horizontal lines) and just to the right of that is the Halo Waypoint logo. Tapping that should take you to the website, and again, that’s where you need to log in.
Change your page size to 90%, or 110%. for some reason at 100 it just hides it.
