I preordered the game from Walmart, and received it, but I can’t find where the code is, any help?
I got mine in my email a couple of hours after I received the hard copy of the game.

I am stuck in the same boat… I have done the chat feature and they refer me to speak to a live agent… I spoke to agents (all outsourced) MANY times and every time I am told different things. First time I was told that it was in the package and I needed to contact Microsoft/Xbox to get my pre-order code… Second time I was told to go into my local Walmart and explain and they would give me my code… Went to Walmart and was told it should have been sent via email… but I didn’t receive anything an any of the communications I received from them. Called again and they told me to call Xbox and have a 3 way call and they would speak to try to get me the code… when I did that the guy listened and then disconnected and I know Xbox isnt responsible for deliver of the code it should be Walmart… My son received his code from BestBuy the same day his game arrived but Walmart sent nothing… Last time I called last night the guy told me to wait 8 hours to get the code and still nothing… Called this morning and was told to hold so they could get me the code and I was like THANK GOD but they just transferred me to Xbox service call number and hung up… sooo frustrating…
Finally got someone who knew a little bit and they escalated to a supervisor who will try to send the code within 48hrs… we shall see… I was also given 5 bucks to use on a purchase… that darn Zeta code is being sold for like 250 bucks on ebay… I feel like the workers took them and are sellig them lol… I just want what the darn code that is all…

After calling Walmart, Contacting Walmart Twitter, Call Xbox, Calling Walmart, being directed to a Microsoft bot, and Calling Walmart again… I was also escalated to a supervisor and I should received the code within 7 days… fingers crossed

Uggggghhhhh… guess I will have to start that joyous process tomorrow. I pre-ordered the physical game from Walmart and it got delayed - supposed to come in on Tuesday. No codes to be seen thus far and from what I have read there won’t be any in the box when it arrives. Thankfully I have gamepass until January so I can play the campaign in the meantime, but not gonna lie was low-key stoked for the pre-order armor.

@Cookie_Ninja50 I’m having a very similar issue but I used Best Buy when I preordered. Not only was I charged twice (This is being resolved), but the 5 times I have talked to a representative they have NO IDEA what i’m talking about… I’ve been told to contact Microsoft, to check email and spam, and i’ve had two say I will receive the code in 24 hours and here I am day 5. I am super understanding of retail during the holidays but the amount of other people over the net that have also said they didn’t get codes from Best Buy/Game Stop/Walmart has left me feeling kinda cheated. Hope they can resolve this for you, but it’s looking like a loss on my end.

After two weeks of calling and hunting down my Preorder bonus, I’ve given up. I Emailed help@customercare.walmart.com and after a few exchanges, I was offered a 20% refund. I know this isn’t the skins, which are going for $200+ on ebay, but at least you’ll get some cash back. I if you orded for walmart try emailing help@customercare.walmart.com or if you ordered from a different retailer call or email them for a refund.

So what happened with Walmart? Is everyone still calling them?
Pretty sure you won’t get any joy from posting on here. Keep persisting with Walmart and hopefully they can escalate it and get another code emailed or something. Good luck.
UPDATE Walmart just called me to tell me they’re Emailing me the code, and I have received it.

Unfortunately you don’t get crap for pre-order on PC. So I got screwed too.

How did you get someone across the world in Wlamarts trash foreign call centers to call you back and tell you they would email you the code?!… I cant believe it!
You only get it if you pre-order a code from Amazon or something but its only the Xbox app/windows store version.
