The new halo waypoint website was supposed to launch on November 1st and we haven’t seen or heard any news on where it is. Have they pushed it back and if so can we have more information please?
The blog post where they initially talked about the new Halo Waypoint was updated to now say early November so I imagine they just need a bit more time to get it all set up. My notifications on Halo Waypoint have been broken for the past two weeks now so they are definitely working on something behind the scenes. Hopefully within the next week or so we’ll have the new website up to play around with.

The support forums say it’s got something to do with authentication issues on MS’s Azure servers. My guess is this is preventing them from passing UAT on the new site/app

I swore it was just me and my phone and excepted it as that lol Thanks for the info.
Got pushed back due to some technical difficulties. Snickerdoodle from 343i did comment about this on Nov 1st in this thread.
One of the latest blogs that was talking about vNext has now been editing to say that the site will now be launching in “early November” instead of November 1st.
Will the dark theme be default as opposed to the god awful bright theme? If the site’s going to keep logging me out every time I return, than at least make the theme that’s easier on the eyes the default.

vNext and the new Waypoint app (available now but not fully functional yet) all follow the same colour scheme. It’s a blueish grey in colour, much easier on the eyes than the harsh light mode we have here by default.

As mentioned, it’s had to be pushed back a little bit due to logistical issues. Will be more details soon about when and how it’s going to launch
