Where's the feedback thread?

I remember in the old MCC forums there was a pinned feedback thread all the time, but it doesnt seem to be the case with this game.

where am I supposed to post feedback for the devs to read?

all I see is tickets about bugs, Im talking general feedback. Theres really no way to do that?

that doesnt sound like a really good way to gather feedback, considering threads go by fairly quickly… the steam discussion page has a dedicated feedback thread but its mainly people insulting each other so Im not sure they read that either.

its strange theres no dedicated feedback thread here though, considering its their forums

And there are active feedback threads running on game modes.

You could feedback in those… which would then encourage 343 to utilise the forum for more feedback in the future.
