Halo 4’s focus was suppose to be on the UNSC / humans. That is why there were no elites in multiplayer since it was combat simulations onboard the UNSC Infinity. However I would like to see elites return as playable characters.

Pity, but I still enjoyed the game regardless but the Elites brought me to Halo, therefore I want to play one again.

I think is time for the Halo Universe to have a special type of game where you can be multiple species of characters (knights, grunts, elites, Spartans, etc) I hope to see that in the near future.
