Is anyone else having an extremely difficult time finding any of the Crimson maps in matchmaking? I know they’re out there, but I can never land in a loby that is offering them. Which playlist do you guys think would be the best if I was trying to play on the map Shatter (for the “Size is Everything,” “Bigfoot,” and “David and Goliath” achievements)?
If you check out the Halo 4 Intel - Playlists page it tells you which playlists the Crimson maps are on.
I would suggest playing Big Team Battle myself.
You’re basically going to have to hope that:
- Everyone in the matchmade lobby has Crimson DLC
- A Crimson map appears in the list of choices (it should do if they have Crimson)
- People vote for a Crimson map instead of Exile

I played on wreckage for the first time ever last night. It was actually a lot of fun, I’m surprised it doesn’t get chosen more often when I see it.
It’s there, you just have to get lucky that’s all.
