Wheres the Cone'd Emblem

I have been watching a lot of pack openings since the release of halo 5, but i have NOT seen the Cone’d Emblem. Is it in the game or what. Can anyone post a picture of the Cone’d Emblem from their game. I really want it but i have not seen anyone wear it and I have not found any videos with it.

I’m fairly certain that the cone’d emblem is achieved after completing the SPNKR rocket commendation.

It’s in the game as an Uncommon Emblem.

I’ts unlocked by completing the SPNKR certification

I’ve seen ONE person with the emblem, and I made the mistake of not asking how they got it.

I have no idea.

It comes in the SPNKr Pack. I unlocked it a while ago!!!
